Marc Guiu lifts lid on Chelsea recall after Sunderland loan cut short

Marc Guiu said he is determined to make his mark at Chelsea after the “chaotic” transfer saga which saw him recalled from a loan to Sunderland after just 26 days.

The 19-year-old was sent to Wearside for the season, but saw his move cancelled after Liam Delap was ruled out for six to eight weeks with a hamstring injury. Guiu scored once in three appearances for the Black Cats.
