Many working Brits feel '10-year career itch' - and look to change path age 31

The average age for employed adults to make a change in their career is 31, research has found.

The top industries to switch to for those considering a new direction include education, IT, and healthcare.

And the top reasons for pursuing a new vocation include wanting to increase their earnings (33%), seeking a better work/life balance (19%) – and wanting to move into a role they feel more passionate about (32%).
