Manchester United won their first Premier League 2 match of the season with a 3-2 win victory over Wolves on Saturday.
Although the match was goalless at half-time, Wolves took the lead twice after the break only for United to immediately respond on both occasions, with Joe Hugill and Shola Shoretire finding the back of the net to ensure the Reds did not trail for long.
Shoretire's goal was his fifth in October and that strike was followed by a late winner from right-back Marc Jurado. United have struggled in the Premier League 2 this season and Saturday's three points against Wolves will be warmly welcomed.

It's understood academy staff have not been overly concerned about results, though, as United use Premier League 2 games to develop every player, while club sources also recently outlined the average age of players in league matches this season.
The average age of players that have played for United in the competition this season has been 18.4, whereas in comparison, the average age of players appearing against United in the Premier League 2 this season has been 20.1.
United's U21s were also 'weakened' by multiple loan departures in the summer and players being promoted to the first-team.
Facundo Pellistri, Alejandro Garnacho and Zidane Iqbal are viewed as part of the first-team, while other players, like Shoretire and Savage, have regularly trained with the club's senior professionals at Carrington to accelerate their development.
Shoretire endured a slow start to the campaign but he continued his rich vein of form against Wolves. "Shola is a very good player, he's getting into his stride now and he's got to keep working hard," Travis Binnion told the MEN last week.
"Nights like this will help with that, in terms of impressing the manager and [Darren] Fletch and the wider football world. He's his own biggest critic. He knows that he's started to perform in the last few weeks. It was a little bit of stop-and-start pre-season for him.
"There was interest in him on loan but the club felt for his development he needs to be in and around the first-team. He's training with them on a regular basis, so like a lot of our players, they're in with the manager on a daily basis and he's got close eyes on him and a great interest in him. Shola's definitely in that mix of players."
