Is Man United vs Charlton on TV in the USA? Channel, kick-off time and live stream

Manchester United have made it to the quarter-finals of the EFL Cup, bringing the club closer to its ambitions of winning silverware under Erik ten Hag.

United are currently battling for a top-four finish and have progressed to the next stage of the FA Cup after a win against Everton, but they could have an opportunity to win silverware at the first time of asking by progressing past Charlton Athletic in the quarter-finals of the EFL Cup.

United have been handed what looks on paper to be a relatively easy draw against Charlton, with the Addicks being the only non-Premier League team left in the competition. However the League One club will be hoping to cause a what would be a famous upset at Old Trafford.

With the likes of Chelsea, Arsenal and Liverpool already falling by the wayside, Ten Hag knows United are one of the strogest sides left in the competition, but they still might meet Manchester City or Newcastle United if they overcome Southampton and Leicester respectively.

What happened last time the two teams met?

The last meeting between United and Charlton was in the Premier League in the 2006/07 season over 15 years ago.

United helmed by Sir Alex Ferguson won 2-0 thanks to goals from Darren Fletcher and Ji-Sung Park. United would go on to win the Premier League that season with Charlton being relegated and since then they have never returned to the top flight.
