Manchester United 'ready to get serious' about Dusan Vlahovic and more transfer rumours

Manchester United are reportedly interested in a move for Juventus striker Dusan Vlahovic as Erik ten Hag looks to recruit a replacement for Cristiano Ronaldo.

Ten Hag confirmed that the club were actively looking to sign a forward in the January transfer window, but the Reds are not expected to spend big following an expensive summer window. However, Corriere dello Sport have reported that United are 'ready to get serious' about Serbian ace Vlahovic.

The report adds that United are not the only Premier League side after his services, with Arsenal and Chelsea also credited with an interest in signing the player. The 22-year-old only joined the Italian giants in January of this year but is already being linked with move away from the Old Lady.

Elsewhere, AS have reported that United and Arsenal are currently frontrunners to sign Atletico Madrid forward Joao Felix during the January transfer window. The Portuguese attacker has recorded just 818 minutes for the Spanish side so far this season and is expected to depart this winter.

Felix joined Atletico for a fee that could rise to as much as £130m, but the 23-year-old has fallen out of favour under manager Diego Simeone - and the club are now prepared to sell the former Benfica man. However, the La Liga giants are reportedly seeking around £100m for the player.

Felix, who impressed for Portugal during the World Cup in Qatar, is also thought to be a target for French outfit Paris Saint-Germain.
