Manchester United Q&A on Wout Weghorst transfer, Charlton and derby weekend

Welcome to today's Q&A with Samuel Luckhurst, the MEN's chief Manchester United writer. With the January transfer window in full swing, United are looking ahead to a double header of match action this week.

It's Manchester derby weekend, as Erik ten Hag's side host local rivals Manchester City at Old Trafford following their Carabao Cup quarter-final with League One side Charlton Athletic on Tuesday night.

As ever with the January window, there are plenty of transfer rumours surrounding United - with the latest regarding a potential incoming loan move for Dutch forward Wout Weghorst. The club also secured their first deal of the window on Friday, bringing in goalkeeper Jack Butland on loan from Crystal Palace.

There is also plenty of speculation regarding the future of current Reds captain Harry Maguire and his possible future away from Old Trafford. Will he make a move in January?

Of course, there is also lots to discuss away from transfers, including the ongoing potential sale of the club, and now is your chance to ask Samuel any questions you may have from 12pm.
