Manchester United may have been handed an easy draw on paper as they face Charlton Athletic in the EFL Cup on Tuesday night - but there are still threats within the Addicks' ranks.
Charlton are the only non-Premier League side remaining in the competition and by drawing them United have avoided the likes of Manchester City, Newcastle United and Leicester City. Teams like Chelsea, Arsenal and Liverpool have all already crashed out meaning a victory on Tuesday night will give Erik ten Hag a strong chance of winning silverware or at least reaching a final in his first season.
Charlton will not make it easy however. They have already beaten Premier League opposition so far in the competition, knocking Roberto de Zerbi's Brighton side out in the last round.
