Marcel Sabitzer has insisted he has joined Manchester United on loan from Bayern Munich to win trophies.
After the January signings of Jack Butland and Wout Weghorst on loan, Sabizter joined United on a temporary deal until the end of the season on deadline day, following productive and swift talks with Bundesliga club Bayern Munich.
There is no option to make the deal for Sabizter permanent, which means he's set to return to Bayern in the summer.

Sabizter has been brought to the club to offset the absence of Christian Eriksen, who sustained an ankle injury against Reading in the FA Cup, and he could make his debut against Crystal Palace in the Premier League on Saturday.
In his first interview with club media since signing earlier this week, Sabizter reflected on how quickly his transfer to Old Trafford happened earlier this week, while he also outlined his target to win silverware during his stay in Manchester.
"It’s a good moment for me, for my family and friends, so I’m excited and looking forward [to it]. I’m happy to be here, of course," Sabitzer said. "[The transfer happened] Very quick, there were the first conversations and everything went quickly.
"I had to pack my bags and get the flight, and then come here. A busy day but I am very happy. Manchester United is a big club with huge fans, with fantastic fans I would say. Old Trafford is a big stadium, I’ve played there once.
"It was empty, but I felt it was very nice. It is a great feeling to have the badge on my chest. I can’t wait for training. I’m looking forward to meeting all the guys, the coaches, the staff, and we will work hard tomorrow to be ready for Saturday.
"That’s what I like the most in football: games, games, games. I’m ready for this and I can’t wait. I will give all for the jersey, I will put in everything. I am very happy to be here. I will give my best and we will see what happens.
"But I am here to win trophies and that’s the way."
