Manchester United defender Aaron Wan-Bissaka has created a divide on social media after putting in some extra work behind the scenes. Wan-Bissaka and fellow non-internationals returned to pre-season training at Carrington, but the right-back faces an uncertain future.
As part of a much-needed summer rebuild, newly-appointed manager Erik ten Hag was forced to make a decision on current United players such as Wan-Bissaka and he has been made available for transfer. It comes three seasons after his £50million arrival from Crystal Palace.
Palace are understood to be in the market to re-sign Wan-Bissaka this summer window and other Premier League clubs have also been linked with his signature. The 24-year-old was informed last month that he would not be part of Ten Hag's first-team plans moving forward.

He was, though, welcomed back to Carrington on Monday as part of an initial 28-man group for Ten Hag to work with during his first days on the training ground. Internationals such as Cristiano Ronaldo are set to return soon as attentions now turn to the club's pre-season tour to Thailand, Australia and Norway.
Either side of those preparations overseas, Wan-Bissaka has an opportunity to force Ten Hag into a rethink on his original decision and, as such, has been taking part in additional sessions. A video clip showing Wan-Bissaka during one of those individual sessions has since been published on TikTok.
It was promptly re-posted on other social media channels and United supporters have started to share their views on what it could mean for the player. Here are a selection of replies as taken from Twitter;
