Ander Herrera says he is still blown away by the special reception he received from Manchester United fans after his first appearance at Old Trafford, back when he didn't even play for the club.
Two years before the Spaniard signed for United in 2014, he made his debut at the famous stadium when Athletic Bilbao visited in the Europa League.
Herrera and his teammates caused a huge upset as they won the match 3-2, though the general feeling at full-time was that they should have won by even more.

It was a brilliant performance that put Athletic Club on the radar of many supporters as one of the most exciting sides in Europe and helped to propel the careers of their most impressive players.
One of those was future United favourite Herrera, who still fondly remembers the classy manner in which the home fans respected his side's victory against their own team.
“It was my first time at Old Trafford, and I think I’ve said before, when I was there, I felt something special,” he told the UTD podcast.
“I felt like I was in one of the greatest stadiums in the world. We were going to play against the biggest club in the UK by far, and I was happy to have that opportunity.
“I can also say that at that time I didn’t imagine that I was going to play for United two years after, but it was a pleasure to play at Old Trafford. I remember the fans; I will never forget the fans. After the game how they applauded us and how they gave us their recognition because we played an amazing game at Old Trafford.
“It was a special night. I will never forget that night.”
