Manchester United have decided to sell midfielder James Garner.
The Manchester Evening News understands United value Garner, 21, between £15million and £20m and Nottingham Forest and Tottenham are interested. Garner is under contract at United until 2024.
United academy graduate Garner only played 22 minutes during the club's pre-season tour of Thailand and Australia due to injury and started in the friendly with Rayo Vallecano at Old Trafford.

The decision to sell Garner is likely to generate a backlash from United supporters amid the club's failure to sign a central midfielder.
United manager Erik ten Hag started Scott McTominay and Fred in the 2-1 defeat to Brighton and Fred was substituted after 53 minutes while McTominay's performance was widely criticised. Ten Hag then dropped McTominay for the loss to Brentford but brought him on for Fred with United 4-0 down at half-time.
Former United manager Jose Mourinho championed Garner, including him in the pre-season tour squad of the United States in 2018 and starting him against San Jose Earthquakes.
Garner made his debut under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer at Crystal Palace in February 2019 and has appeared seven times for the first-team.
The England Under-21 international enjoyed a superb loan spell at Forest last season and helped them return to the Premier League for the first time in 23 years.
United's failure to reinforce their central midfield was exposed by Brighton and Brentford, and their inordinate pursuit of Frenkie de Jong is nearing the 100-day mark.
The club have agreed a fee of £15m rising to £20m for Juventus midfielder Adrien Rabiot and are continuing negotiations with the Frenchman's mother, Veronique.
