Marcus Rashford is a major doubt for England’s Nations League fixtures after being forced off during Manchester United’s draw with Fulham.

Rashford kept his place in the Man United starting lineup at Craven Cottage on Sunday, with head coach Michael Carrick making one change from the previous Premier League outing - the controversial 1-0 defeat in the Manchester derby.
