Manchester United have Valencia goalkeeper Giorgi Mamardashvili high on their list of potential targets to replace David de Gea, GiveMeSport reports.
Mamardashvili, 22, is impressing in Spain this season despite the team's perilous position at the wrong end of La Liga as they aim to avoid relegation from the top flight. The Georgia international has kept seven clean sheets in 33 appearances but remains highly rated across Europe.
Currently valued at £45million, that fee could reduce considerably should his club, who sit three points adrift of safety, drop down a division. Porto goalkeeper Diogo Costa and Brentford’s David Raya are other options the club's scouts have been checking on, with De Gea set to be out of contract at the end of the season.

At the other end of the pitch, United face stiff competition if they are to sign Victor Osimhen from Napoli as Paris Saint-Germain are reportedly preparing a £133million transfer bid to sign the striker being monitored by those at Old Trafford. Football Insider claims the Reds remain keen on the centre-forward despite PSG seemingly moving into pole position before the summer transfer window opens.
Chelsea are also linked with the Nigeria international, as the lack of a goalscorer there has been evident throughout the season. Osimhen has scored 26 goals across all competitions. MEN Sport understands Tottenham Hotspur talisman Harry Kane is manager Erik ten Hag's first choice transfer target in the summer.
