Manchester United confirm Diego Forlan return for legends game vs Liverpool

Diego Forlan is set to return to Old Trafford after Manchester United announced the first part of their squad for a charity match against Liverpool.

Raising funds for the Manchester United Foundation, heroes from bygone years will lace up their boots and battle for bragging rights on Saturday, May 21. Billed as Legends of the North, the game is expected to be packed and will showcase countless famous faces.

United will be managed by club ambassador Bryan Robson. He will be joined in the dugout by Andrew Cole.
