Manchester teenage girl missing for eight days reunited with family

  • A 13-year-old girl named Lillia has been found safe and well in Manchester city centre eight days after disappearing from her home in Bolton .
  • Greater Manchester Police confirmed she is currently with officers and her next-of-kin have been informed of her discovery.
  • Lillia went missing on Friday 11 September, prompting a major police search involving extensive CCTV tracking across the region.
  • CCTV footage had previously tracked her movements to several locations, including the Trafford Centre, Piccadilly Gardens, and a bus station in the city centre.
  • The teenager's safe return follows a tearful public appeal made by her mother urging her daughter to come home.
