There will be several road closures in place ahead of the Manchester St Patrick’s Day Parade this afternoon.
The parade is set to start at the Irish World Heritage Centre on Queen’s Road in Cheetham Hill at midday on Sunday (March 12).
Featuring an array of community floats and marching bands, the parade will follow the old, shorter route, down Cheetham Hill Road as far as the AO Arena before turning around and following the same route back to the start.
