Manchester City XI vs Wolves: Starting lineup, confirmed team news and injury latest today

Manchester City head to Wolves this afternoon with a front three of Erling Haaland, Jack Grealish and Phil Foden.

Aymeric Laporte miss the game at Molineux as he continues to recover from a knee injury but Pep Guardiola is set to welcome the defender back after the international break.

Kyle Walker makes the bench as he works on his fitness after two games out.

City went with John Stones at right-back in his comeback game on Wednesday night and he continues there against Wolves, with Ruben Dias in alongside Manuel Akanji.

“Aymeric is back in training but is not ready," said the coach on Friday. “Kyle is getting better but I am not sure if tomorrow he will be ready. We will see in training this afternoon. [Phillips is] a little better.”
