Manchester City Palermo City Football Group Football CFG

The parent company of Manchester City has acquired a majority stake in an Italian club.

City Football Group has agreed the deal with Sicilian team Palermo FC for an undisclosed sum.

Dario Mirri is to remain as club president and chairman of the board of Palermo FC.
