Man City 'monitoring' Arsenal star Bukayo Saka and more transfer rumours

Manchester City are reportedly 'monitoring' the situation of Arsenal and England winger Bukayo Saka.

According to journalist Adrian Gula of 90min, City and Spanish giants Real Madrid are interested in signing the 21-year-old Gunners star. However, the report adds that talks between Saka and Arsenal over a new contract are 'progressing well'.

Last month, Saka confirmed that he was confident of extending his contract with the London club, meaning that a move for the England international appears unlikely.

Saka has made 190 appearances for Arsenal since breaking into the first-team, with the winger registering 24 goals and 31 assists for the Gunners.

Elsewhere, Milan Skriniar's former coach Adrian Gula has suggested that the Inter Milan defender is set to leave the club 'sooner or later', claiming that City are interested in the centre-back.

The Serbian centre-back was linked with a move to Paris Saint-Germain in the summer, but a move never materialised.

Speaking to Tutto Mercato Web, Gula said: "My opinion is that sooner or later he'll leave. Teams like Manchester City cannot be refused for long - he has a great passion for Inter, but going to a big club of that type would be a stimulus I hope happens for him."

Skriniar - who has made 223 appearances for Italian giants Inter - could prove to be a cheaper option than RP Leipzig defender Josko Gvardiol in the summer, with Pep Guardiola 's side linked with a move for the Bundesliga centre-back.
