Manchester and Liverpool are among the UK cities in the running to host Eurovision 2023.
They are joined by the likes of London and Sheffield who have also signalled their intent to bid for the annual event.
It comes after organisers the European Broadcasting Union (EBU) previously decided the event could not be held in the war-torn Ukraine following the Russian invasion.
