Man who slipped at Maccas tried to sue for $2 million. He was awarded $15k

A man who slipped in a McDonald's tried to sue for more than $2 million but ended up being awarded less than $15,000.

In an ACT Supreme Court decision published on Tuesday, September 1, Mohammad Almazaydeh was awarded $14,740.

The man, who was self-represented, sued Gajjh United in a personal injury claim after slipping at McDonald's in Mitchell.
