Tributes have been paid to a man who died after a 'hit and run' in Rochdale.
Jason Goostrey, was struck by a car on Milnrow Road which then drove away earlier this month.
The 50-year-old was rushed to hospital but despite the best efforts of medics he later died of his injuries.

One family friend has now paid tribute to the 'happy-go-lucky guy' who she said would be 'truly missed.'
Roxanne Smith told the Manchester Evening News : "He was in my family from as young as I can remember and he will be truly missed by me and all my family.
"He was a happy-go-lucky guy and you heard him singing before you saw him.
"I hope he gets the justice he deserves. Rip Jason."
A number of other tributes have also been paid on social media one of which described him as 'gentle Jason.'
A spokesperson for Rochdale Coroner's Court confirmed they had been notified of the death.
Emergency services raced to the scene after the horror collision on Milnrow Road at around 4:40pm on Thursday, January 6.
A Brown Skoda had overtaken another car and crossed into the opposite carriageway before turning off Chichester Street and onto Milnrow Road police said.
It was this point it collided with pedestrian Mr Goostrey who police said was crossing the road.
The car did not remain at the scene and was later found abondoned on Percy Street in Rochdale.
No arrests had yet been made a Greater Manchester Police (GMP) spokesperson confirmed today (Tuesday).
Police Sergeant Andrew Page, of GMP's Serious Collision Investigation Unit, said after his death was confirmed: "This is a tragic incident in which a man has lost his life and our thoughts are very much with his family at this incredibly sad time.
"We're continuing to appeal for information to locate the driver of the Skoda who failed to stop at the scene and we urge anyone who has any information at all to please get in touch."
