On the whole, the Dutchman has enjoyed a good start to life at Old Trafford. United are third in the table and ended a six-year wait for a major honour by winning the Carabao Cup last month. They are also still in the hunt to win the Europa League and FA Cup.
Yet United have suffered some big defeats under Ten Hag, most notably their humiliating 7-0 loss to Liverpool at Anfield last Sunday. They were also trounced 6-3 by Manchester City at the Etihad in October, while Brentford inflicted a 4-0 defeat on them in August.
