Manchester United could use the cash generated from the sale of Dean Henderson to help fund a summer transfer for Chelsea's Mason Mount, it is claimed.
The 26-year-old goalkeeper has impressed during his loan spell at the City Ground this season making vital saves for the Reds earlier in the campaign before picking up a season-ending injury which has kept him out of action since January.
Reports emerged this week that Forest are looking at turning his loan at the club into a permanent move with current No 1 Keylor Navas expected to leave when his loan ends this summer.

And amid the build-up to the summer transfer window, which opens next month, Manchester United are reportedly interested in signing Chelsea playmaker Mount as Erik ten Hag continues his Old Trafford revival. According to The Athletic, the Red Devils could use interest from Forest in Henderson to help in their pursuit.
They claim that United have a transfer budget of about £100 million plus money they can raise from player sales with the potential departure of Henderson providing some extra cash.
Forest's Premier League survival will have certainly boosted their chances of signing the Red Devils shot-stopper on a permanent deal. It remains unclear as to whether Steve Cooper's side would face any competition for Henderson if they decided to pursue a permanent deal.
