Nottingham Forest defender Djed Spence has added another name to an already long list of potential suitors ahead of the summer transfer window.
The end of the season is likely to see a fight for the on-loan Middlesbrough man’s signature after a stunning spell at the City Ground. His form continues to catch plenty of eyes.
Manchester United are now said to be "interested", according to the Daily Mirror. But they join numerous teams in keeping tabs on the 21-year-old.

Liverpool, Arsenal, Leeds United, Brentford, Southampton, Roma and Inter Milan have already been linked with Spence. Tottenham Hotspur reportedly still have him on their radar after seeing two bids turned down in January. And Bundesliga sides Bayern Munich, Borussia Dortmund, Bayer Leverkusen and RB Leipzig are said to be tracking his progress. The Mirror add that the Gunners and Spurs are “lining up” a £20million summer move for the right-back.
Spence made his debut for England Under-21s this week, coming off the bench in a 3-0 victory over Albania. And afterwards he discussed his future goals.
“I always want to push myself and play with the best players and best team,” he said. “Of course it’s an ambition of mine to play in the Premier League.
“I try to stay level-headed, I don’t read too much into it. At the end of the day, I’m just here to enjoy my football. I need to stay focused, have tunnel vision and play well on the pitch.”
Spence has been integral to the Reds’ rise up the Championship table and progression to the quarter-finals of the FA Cup under Steve Cooper. He has made 33 appearances in the Garibaldi so far and found the net three times.
