A suspect has been named following an arrest made as part of the ongoing EncroChat crackdown.
Kristopher Mason, 44, of Old Lodge Close, West Derby, has been charged with conspiracy to supply Class A drugs (heroin and cocaine), following his arrest by police on Sunday, August 21.
Mason was remanded into custody and is due to appear at Wirral Magistrates Court tomorrow (August 23).

The charge forms part of the Merseyside Police response to Operation Venetic: a national investigation into the use of encrypted mobile devices, commonly referred to as EncroChat.
