A bloke surprised his girlfriend with a KFC -themed birthday party - including a bespoke gravy fountain and bucket of chicken made of cake. David Goodings, 28, wanted to make sure that his partner, Gemma Whittaker, had a 30th birthday to remember so he pulled out all the stops.
Knowing that her favourite food is KFC, he decided to throw her a party themed entirely around the Colonel. He hid pieces of fried chicken in a bouquet of flowers, ordered a 10-piece bucket, and designed a special graphic to go on the TV.
But he didn't stop there, he also sourced a chocolate fountain and modified it to work with KFC gravy - and had a cake made to look like a bucket of their signature chicken.
