A man was taken to hospital after a crash between a car and motorbike in south Manchester.
Police and paramedics were called to the scene of the smash on Kingsway in Burnage at around 4.25pm yesterday afternoon (Thursday). The main road was closed off as emergency services responded.
A spokesperson for the North West Ambulance Service confirmed today that a man was rushed to Stepping Hill Hospital from the scene. He suffered leg injuries.

Kingsway was shut off between Briarfield Road and Mauldeth Road after the incident. According to Manc Traffic, the road was reopened just before 7pm.
A spokesperson for NWAS said: "We received a call at 16.25pm yesterday afternoon to a road traffic collision involving a car and a motorbike. An ambulance attended and the crew treated and transported a male patient to Stepping Hill Hospital with a leg injuries."
