A woman has told a murder trial she witnessed Andrew Walsh being stabbed before his body was discovered wrapped in plastic and encased in concrete.

Jessica Noy on Thursday admitted previously lying to police when she gave evidence at the murder trial of Joshua Searston, 27, and Dewald De Klerk, 30, at Brisbane Supreme Court.
