A man has told of his shock to find a neighbour had used his garden to build a small house. The homeowner took over a house his grandfather had handed down to him before making the bizarre discovery.
The anonymous man hadn't visited the property for two years due to living on the other side of the area. He did, however, make sure his payments on the property were up to date before a clash of words with the neighbour, reports the Mirror.
The neighbour had taken the decision, after believing the property was abandoned, to put his own mark on it but the man was forced to give him an ultimatum after his own plans for the garden were disrupted.
