A man is in hospital with "serious" injuries following a late-night assault in Temple Bar.
The "serious" assault occurred on Eustace Street in the city centre at approximately 10pm last night. A man in his 30s in hospital with "non-life threatening" but "serious" injuries.
No arrests have been made as of yet. A garda spokesman said: "Gardai are investigating an incident of assault that occurred yesterday evening in Temple Bar, Dublin 2, Thursday 23rd March 2023.

"The incident occurred at approximately 10:00pm on Eustace Street. A man aged in his late 30s was taken to St James Hospital to be treated for non-life threatening, but serious injuries.
The spokesman added: "No arrests have been made at this time. Investigations are ongoing".
