Man seriously injured amid 'disturbance' in Scots street as cops launch probe

Bellshill Police Scotland Wishaw General Hospital

A man has been rushed to hospital following an early morning 'disturbance' in North Lanarkshire.

Emergency crews, including Police Scotland and Scottish Ambulance Service, sped to the Rockburn Crescent area of Hattonrigg, Bellshill around 3.20am.

A man was taken to Wishaw General Hospital to receive treatment for a serious injury.
