Man's McDonald's breakfast 'hack' divides opinion as some say it's 'so extra'

A man said that he eats food from McDonald's with a knife and fork and people have been left divided by the news.

TikTok star Adrian Widjy shared a video of himself visiting one of the fast-food restaurants and picking up a McMuffin meal which he then takes home.

He had ordered a hash brown and inserted that into the meal, which his fans approved of, but soon things went off the rails.

Adrian pulled out a knife and fork and cut up his creation, eating a quarter of it in one go, and soon TikTok users were commenting in droves saying they were freaked out by the cutlery.

What do you think about Adrian's video? Let us know in the comments...

On TikTok, where he uploads as @adrianwidjy, he wrote: "Do you do this with your McMuffin meal?"

Soon it became clear that others didn't do it, as many people commented on the video and expressed their surprise.

One said: "Why the knife and fork?"

Then another wrote: "That all made sense until the fork and knife came in."

And a third commented: "The knife and fork is so extra I love it."

"Why are you using a knife and fork?" Asked another user. "Everything was normal until they came out."

But not everyone hated the idea, one user was more focussed on the food, which they described as: "The perfect hangover meal."

Meanwhile, a grandma-of-four has shared a 'genius' hack to help keep cheese fresh without having to use cling film.

Taking to social media, 61-year-old Bev Stewart, who is well known as Nannabea on TikTok, revealed her simple trick in her latest viral video.

The Yorkshire-based carer simply slices a block of cheese with the wrapper still on. She then removes the small block of cheese from the cut-off section and uses the now-empty wrapper to cover the remaining block.

"We all deserve fresh cheese without the cling film," she captioned the video - which has garnered a staggering 4.7 million views, 385,000 likes, and thousands of comments in less than 24 hours.
