A man has been rushed to hospital following reports he was stabbed at a house in Erskine yesterday.
Police remain at the scene after the 36-year-old was seriously assaulted in the North Barr area around 5pm.
They have taped off a house as investigations continue into the circumstances surrounding the attack.

In a statement released this morning, a Police Scotland spokesman confirmed they were called to the scene on Saturday, April 8, adding: "A 36-year-old man was taken to Royal Alexandra Hospital for treatment.
"Officers remain in the area and enquiries are ongoing.”
