Man rushed to hospital with 'serious injuries' following Greenock attack

A man was rushed to hospital with serious injuries following an assault in Greenock, police have confirmed.

We told how emergency services raced to Banff Road in the town after the alarm was raised at around 2.05pm on Monday, March 28.

Officers have now confirmed that a 34-year-old man was found with serious injuries following an attack on the street.
