A man, believed to be a workman at a Scots building site, has been rushed to hospital with serious injuries.
Emergency services raced to the scene on The Avenue in Lochgelly at around 11am on Tuesday, February 8.
An air ambulance also landed next to the street in Fife shortly afterwards.
However, the 51-year-old was transferred to ambulance by road, according to Police Scotland.
Jock Black had been passing the location with his dog in the car at the time.
He told the Record: "I saw the police presence, rapid response teams and ambulance unit. The air ambulance was just landing.
"As I passed, I saw a workman on the ground at the work site where they are building new houses.
"The crew was attending to the gentleman at the scene. Police were directing traffic which was passing the scene."
