Man rushed to hospital after stabbing in Tallaght

A man was rushed to hospital after a stabbing in Tallaght this morning.

It happened in the Fortunestown Close area with investigations underway.

The man's injuries are described as non-life threatening and no arrests have yet been made.

A garda spokesman said: "Gardaí are investigating an assault on a man that occurred on the morning of Sunday, 10th April, 2022, in the Fortunestown Close area of Tallaght, Dublin 24.

"The injured male was taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

"No arrests have been made at this stage of this ongoing investigation."
