A man in his 30s has been rushed to hospital after a street brawl in Harehills.
A around 3.37pm on Monday, February 27, West Yorkshire Police (WYP) were called to Compton Road in Harehills, Leeds, following reports of two men fighting. Yorkshire Ambulance Service rushed to the scene and took a 39-year-old man to hospital.
He suffered head injuries. He remains in hospital and receiving treatment, but his injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.

At least three police cars were spotted in the area. A 43-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of Section 18 wounding with intent in relation to the incident.
He remains in custody and enquiries are ongoing by detectives from Leeds District CID. A spokesperson for WYP said: "At 3.37pm yesterday, police were contacted by the ambulance service who were treating an injured male following reports of two men fighting in Compton Road, Harehills.
"The 39-year-old man was taken to hospital with head injuries. He is continuing to receive treatment for injuries that are not believed to be life threatening. A 43-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of Section 18 wounding with intent in relation to the incident."
