A man has been rushed to hospital after a disturbance in the east end of Glasgow.
Officers including CID were called to Eversley Street in Tollcross just after midday on Thursday.
The Record understands two men were involved in the incident, with a police cordon set up near family homes and a garage on the street.
Members of the public were seen retracing steps with senior officers while an ambulance crew was also spotted at the scene.
Images have shown CID and dog units on the scene as investigations continue.
One man, whose age and condition is not yet known, was taken to the city's Queen Elizabeth University Hospital.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Officers were called to reports of a disturbance on Eversley Street, Glasgow around 12.15pm on Thursday, 23 June, 2022.
"A man has been taken by ambulance to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital.
“Police remain at the scene and there may be some restrictions to the footpaths and road ways in the area while investigations are ongoing.”
