A man riding a motorbike has died following a crash.
Officers were called to Liverpool Road, Bickerstaffe, at 9.30pm on Friday (June 16) following reporters of a crash.
The man in his 30s was pronounced dead at the scene.

A spokesperson for Lancashire Police told the ECHO: "A man riding a motorbike travelling south west bound on the road, left the carriageway and fell from the vehicle.
"The man, aged in his 30s, was very sadly pronounced deceased at the scene. We are appealing for witnesses to the incident and to anyone driving in the area who has dashcam footage around the time."
Sgt Paul McCurrie of Lancashire Police, said: “My thoughts are very much with the man’s family at this sad and distressing time.
“We are investigating the circumstances of this collision and want any witnesses to come forward to assist us. If you saw the collision or have dashcam footage from the area, please get in touch.”
