Man racially abused by fellow passenger on Waterloo to Basingstoke train

The British Transport Police (BTP) have issued a photograph of a man they want to speak to after a passenger was racially abused on a train from Waterloo.

Officers are investigating a hate crime on the 8.42pm train from Waterloo to Basingstoke on Wednesday February 7.
