Man quits job Wetherspoons - now he's serving 1,000 litres of Scouse stew at Eurovision

A man who quit his job at JD Wetherspoon to become a chef is set to serve 1,000 litres of Scouse at Eurovision.

Adam Noble, 27, started his own street food business, Noble's Kitchen, in January this year and has spent the last four months serving pulled pork and pulled jackfruit buns from his food trailer in the likes of Liverpool, Leeds and Manchester.

The idea for Noble's Kitchen came after Adam was furloughed from his job as a manager at JD Wetherspoon during lockdown and decided to start his own food blog on Instagram, testing out different recipes from his family home in Fazakerley.
