Man pleads guilty decades after Run-DMC’s Jam Master Jay’s murder

Twenty-three years after rap star Jam Master Jay was shot to death in New York, a man admitted in court his role in a killing that went unconfirmed for decades.

On Monday, 52-year-old Jay Bryant pleaded guilty to a federal murder charge, admitting to a judge he helped people get into a building so the Run-DMC mastermind could be ambushed in his recording studio in 2002.
