Pandey recently shared a video on Instagram, opening up about how stepping outside his comfort zone helped him discover his true potential and transformed his mindset.
From Feeling Exhausted to Finding Purpose
In the video, Pandey reflected on a time when he believed that a full day of work left him with no energy for anything else.
"There was a guy who, after doing his 9-to-5, used to think he had no energy left, and he was unhappy," he said. "Today, that same guy, after doing his 9-to-5, drives a bike taxi from 5 pm to 11 pm, cooks his own food, edits videos, and continues his PhD studies. Despite all this, he is happy. That happy guy is me."
According to Pandey, his happiness comes from realizing how much he is capable of achieving when he pushes beyond fear and self-doubt.
He explained that concerns such as "What will people say?" and fears about failure had previously prevented him from exploring new opportunities. However, things began to change when he gradually started taking on new challenges. He first enrolled in a PhD program, then began working as a bike taxi driver, and later ventured into content creation.
Today, he says he is successfully managing all these responsibilities and enjoying the process.
Message to Aspiring Dreamers
Pandey encouraged others to pursue their passions without necessarily giving up their existing jobs.
"If you have a passion, start it with whatever time you have," he said. "There will be struggles and difficulties, but as you begin to recognize your potential, you'll start enjoying the journey."
He urged people to move beyond their comfort zones and take small but meaningful steps toward their goals.
'What's Your Excuse?'
Sharing the video, Pandey captioned it: "After a 9-to-5 job, tiredness is often just an excuse. When your dreams are big, your feet don't give up even at 11 pm—they press the accelerator harder. Office, bike taxi, cooking, and PhD—this is my story. What's your excuse? Step out of your comfort zone and start today."
Social Media Applauds His Dedication
The video quickly gained attention online, with many users praising Pandey's determination and work ethic.
One user commented, "You said it absolutely right, brother."
Another wrote, "More power to you. Keep growing, keep shining, and keep inspiring."
Several viewers said the video boosted their confidence and motivated them to pursue their own ambitions. Others shared that they could relate to Pandey's message about balancing work with personal goals and self-improvement.
His story has resonated with many who see it as a reminder that personal growth often begins when people challenge their own limitations and take the first step toward their aspirations.
