Man jailed for helping fellow prisoner Daniel Khalife on his escape from HMP Wandsworth

A man has been jailed for four-and-a-half years for assisting former soldier Daniel Khalife, who escaped from HMP Wandsworth on the underside of a food delivery truck.

A nationwide manhunt was launched to locate Khalife after his escape in 2023, and he remained at large for three days before being arrested near a canal in Northolt.
