A man is in hospital after an early-hours 'stabbing' on a Scots street.
Emergency crews raced to Kettlehills Crescent in Aberdeen after receiving reports of the street attack at 3.05am today. Paramedics attended and a 23-year-old man was found seriously injured.
He was raced to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary, where is current condition is unknown. Police say inquiries to establish the circumstances surrounding the blade incident remain ongoing.
Those with any information are urged to come forward.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 3.05am on Saturday, June 10, police were called to a report of a 23-year-old man seriously assaulted in Kettlehills Crescent, Aberdeen. Police and Ambulance attended and the injured man was taken to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary.
“Inquiries are at an early stage to establish the exact circumstances surrounding this incident and anyone with information should contact 101 with reference 0538 of 10 June.”
