A man in his 40s has been rushed to hospital after suffering “stab/slash injuries” in an attack in a street in Hounslow.
The Met was called to the scene in Hibernia Road shortly before 7pm on Tuesday, to reports of an assault.
Officers found the injured man outside an off-licence.
He was taken by ambulance to a hospital, where his injuries were assessed as not life-threatening.
A crime scene remained in place on Wednesday morning.
There have been no arrests and Scotland Yard says its enquiries continue.
