A man has been told in no uncertain terms to stay away from his former partner after he snuck into her Perth property while she was out and hid in a cupboard.
Sheriff Euan Duthie warned Aiden Palmer (27) to keep away from his ex after hearing he sprang out of the cupboard to surprise her upon her return to her address in the city on July 25 last year.
Palmer, a prisoner at HMP Low Moss, was subject to a bail order at the time under which he was not allowed to approach or contact the woman or go near her home address nor attempt to do so.
