A man who missed his train and threw a fatal punch to the face of an railway worker has been told he will be detained in hospital indefinitely.

Transport for London (TfL) worker Jorge Ortega, 61, hit his head on the concrete platform at Ilford station, east London, after being floored by the single blow from Ayodele Jamgbadi in December 2024, Inner London Crown Court heard.
