A man who returned from a business trip to find an e-bike bay had been painted around his car outside his west London home is to challenge a fine he was issued for parking there.
Cezary Bednarski, 72, was ‘”astonished” to return from the 10-day trip to find Kensington and Chelsea Council workers painted the new bay around his vehicle and he had been given a ticket he claims was printed minutes before the new changes came into force.
